Where We Ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands and all European Union countries.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Duties

All orders ship from within the EU, so no customs duties apply for EU customers. If you are located outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@byloome.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
