Return & Refund Policy

At Loomé, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@byloome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this statutory right.
